What Do you think of this horse??

ooo would like to see what people say, this is the one my daughter found on another site.

IMO in this economic climate I think it is too much money for a horse that is so obviously a project. Sounds like it naps and bucks, is spooky and weaves.
I think there are a lot of other horses about with less problems for less money.
Thats only my opinion though, it could be a completely different horse with a different owner?
 
Initial thoughts ------

Could be the photo but looks like she has a very long back, why no ridden photos or side-on conformation shots, why didn't she race (training problem, injury, too slow?)?

Already had 2 homes since coming out of training - would ring alarm bells for me.

I'd find out more and go see.
 
She doesn't sound like a problem horse to me, she just needs a confident rider to show her the ropes. Some of her weaving sounds like insecurity on moving to a new home and that alone wouldn't put me off.

It sounds like the owner as she says is over horsed and wants more of a schoolmaster.
 
To be honest id go see her and if you feel like shes right for you go for it.
I bought my mare as a project and she sounds the same as mine but the racing part.
The best feeling even is when you have had a horse and then 1 year or 2 years down the line when you look back at what you have achieved you can say her and I worked hard and we did this all of our own back.
