Pretty head and a sensible sized backside too.

I didn't think too much of them either before I met them here, now I have two of them, (I count APHA's as QH's really, just with snazzier paintwork) and a cracking half bred. They seem to have such a lovely, laid back outlook, I haven't met a bad natured one yet.

Tia is the one to ask about QH breeding, what are her lines?

Mum is 'Shining Lolita' and dad is'Just A Little Tangy'. Grandad is 'Dual Pepe'. She is your typical 'head of a Lady and arse of a Cook'. I am still flabergasted

Aww she is a little cutie-pie

. QHs are so much better than dressage horses
grin.gif
.

You'd have to go a bit further back in her pedigree though for me to be any help. The problem with a lot of the European QHs is that there are often a few generations over there which we don't relate to over here; so if you go further back into the pedigree to the last US horse, it may help.

You know I have a very funny feeling that someone from on here who lives in England has a "Tangy" horse?? I just can't remember who it might be.

Anyhow, she has a lovely little "show head" on her; what are you planning to do with her? Not stressage I hope

"stressage"! Nah. Im going to get a bank loan , buy a carrot stick and sign up to interminable 'Pat P' courses

. Being serious, I would like to do some showing classes and then Pleasure classes. Im embarking on this as my 'last chance' before I go over the hill

. Her name is, 'Lolita Little Tangy' and paternal Grandad is 'Dual Pep'. Mairi.

Who is she registered with? The American Quarter Horse Association? Or a QH European register? I am a member of AQHA and we used to be able to access all info on all registered horses but nowadays you have to pay to see this info. I do have a fair amount of credit on my AQHA account though so could easily go in and look at any of the American bred ones.

Pep - This could relate to the Peppy horses.

Yes she is a show horse. Mine arent' - they are the opposite end of the spectrum to your little girl; yours is prim and dainty; mine are chunky and huge bottomed. Well actually I do have a little show one but I sold her a few weeks ago (I am delivering her next weekend) as this is not a line I am interested in.

Here's my little girl - same pretty baby doll head as your girl's.
