It depends what noise - It turned out that Sparky made a slight whistling noise. It is usually caused by an Asymmetry (sp??) in the larynx (well it was in Sparky's case). Depending on the severity etc it can be a prob, but as it was so small for Sparky it made no difference. You will always be taking a risk as to whether it will worsen or not.

Her noise may be compltely different

She looks nice though!
