Looks and sounds like a lovely horse, but rather cheap, but it might be for a genuine reason. Best idea would be to give them a ring and ask lots of questions.

I have sounds like a bit of a dealer the price is making me suspicious he has three for sale all quite cheap. I asked if it would pass a vet and he said probably but he never bothered with vets. Do you think its worth a look

I clicked on additional information and it says Is horse/pony... Fully vetted... Seller says YES.
Does that mean, vetting as in 2* 5* vetting or that the vet has seen it?

I guess it depends on what you are looking for and it is hard to tell anything from such a brief description of the horse.

Your conversation with the seller would put me RIGHT off but, I am a sceptical person.

If you live locally no harm in having a look, I certainly wouldn't travel any distance to see it though.
