a 10yr old horse that has done 3 international 1*'s, clear xc in all three, one or two poles sjing and ok dressage, competing at novice regularly with clear xc every time, reasonable dressage and pole here and there sjing and nice tempered/looking would fetch?

Worth his weight in gold I'd say! Presumably suit a Junior? Not been ridden by a pro or anything? Sound? If yes, no, yes, I would say 15-20K, assuming he doesn't have masses of scope to go on. If he was running successfully Intermediate and looking like a 2/3* prospect, you could probably nearly double that...

No reason not to go intermediate, hasn't yet.

between 20-30 depending on if he does have the scope to go higher.

Is this the one you just brought? Did you find him north or south? I'd say 15/20k, maybe a lot less as you are asking!
