What Do you think?

i think from having a firey grade a who loved to jump and rushed into fences without correct riding, that your boy seems quite rushed into each fence, more so as it goes on and i think that you were possibly rding him into the fence to much considering him rushing, as well as that, the voice i heard was that you shouting him into the fence? if so again i woudl not do that with a rushing horse unless he is known to back off or refuse easily! i would sit back, use alot of outside rein and half halts.

do some gridwork at home- he will alwasy ahve that spark but i managed to tone my boy down with alot of time , bit change and better riding on my part!

He never stops (he will when i ride him today to prove me wrong i am sure lol)
I was prob riding more as it was against the clock - hence we were a little faster than normal aswell.
Saying 'Up' as i go over the fence is one of my really bad habits. I only ever do it over the bigger courses (which for me is about 3'3 and above) i think it is my slight nerves coming out.
He does jump better if i talk to him tho.
