I would like to do every thing but more eventing side

That's a big price drop and if they have owned her for 5 years would expect to see some photographs of her being ridden 'like an event horse'.

TBH, there is something about the way she's put together that just doesn't look right, could be the angle of the photograph but she has a sweet face and a kind look to her so I guess it depends what you want to do. Seems like a big drop in price.
