what do you use for polishing the bit ring ?

is there something you use on the metal parts of your tack to make them look nice and shiny? E.g. the bit ring ?

Sprenger diamond paste.

I don't use any particular products to polish my bit, but leave it soaking in the bottom of the bucket when cleaning the bridle, and give it a good going over with a scourer sponge and rinse and they always look lovely after. I also pop them through the dishwasher every so often...
