What does being a hunt groom really involve..?

Hi all,
Been introduced to a job vacancy by a friend for a full time hunt groom. Hours are ideal but I am really nervous about applying. I have worked on race yards and competition yard in the past, and have hunted a lot myself, but what is the routine and what would I be expected to do in this job do you think?

Hard work, early mornings etc.

Ability to turn out to a really high standard. Ability to ride anything. Mucking out and general yard duties etc.
