I was looking at a show schedule and there is a home produced class and an owner bred class I always thought they were the same thing but obviously not. So out of curiosity can anyone enlighten me as to what it is and the difference:confused:

Thanks:D

Home produced will be ponies kept in private yards or DIY livery that are not being prepared by professional livery or show yards. They can have lessons though just not daily care.
Owner bred means precisely that, still owned by the breeder.

Yes - "owner-bred" means exactly that -bred by the owner. Home-produced means that the horse has not been sent away to a professional to produce for the show ring.
