I had my baby one month ago and have started riding one of my horses again. When I told my inlaws that Id ridden they said this...
"Its your insides!"

Now what does this mean?? I think they think my insides are going to fall out of my girly bits????

ROFL - Sorry, not the response you were probably looking for...

I know nothing of the timings, etc., but can only suggest that you do your pelvic floor exercises :D

Well.....I think as long as you didn't leave a trail of internal organs dragging along behind you........should be ok:D

Bless 'em......:)

Very very funny:D:D:D
I rode 6 days after giving birth I just couldn't wait any longer. I had not ridden (well not officially but only when alone) for the whole pregnancy and after 3 years I still have all my bits. :D:D:D:D

I think, but don't quote me, there is a risk of a prolapsed womb if you get back on too quickly. However I had a straight forward birth and did a hunter trial 2 weeks later!! Just -listen to your body - if you feel fine just go for it....

Well I was told wait for the 6 week check up but after 5 gave in to temptation and as long as you feel fit enough I would think it would be ok. If it hurts don't do it - but the remark about the entrails - hilarious - LOL
