Ok, so my lad is staying with my instructor for a small monthly fee(and I mean small, covers his costs), I ride him when home at weekends (well..would if he didn't have rainscald). Obviously when home at christmas I'll be riding him pretty much daily. I'm home for three weeks, is it unreasonable to bring him back home (10mins lorry ride)? Not sure what everyone else is expecting to happen yet! I am actually riding him at a lesson on the first day I'm home so could just pop him on our box and bring him home then, then drop him back before I come back to uni.
I don't think it would be any more unsettling for him than normal in that he's lived here before etc.
