Sadly horse nappies may be the hacking attire of the future for horses liveried near houses and riders dont go back later to sweep up the mess left when horses poop soon after leaving the yard. We all need to think that legislation like the 'dog fouling' could be brought in in areas where there is conflict.
I was told by a Rambler who said I hate horses, hate the smell--a walking holiday in the Cotswolds had been ruined for her by the smell and flies around the 'piles'

As horse poop is not toxic like dog poo is, I doubt this would happen, tbh. Maybe it should apply to cats, too, as their poo is more dangerous that horse droppings. lol, that would be interesting, chasing your cat around the garden trying to poop-scoop!

As for the rambler - I'd have told her to get a grip! She did realise she was in the countryside, didn't she?!
