I bought some ski gloves they are fantastic, Although I think they are that thick you probs cant do anything with them on lol. I get so hot though I take them off, And wear them when I tootling around the yard.
I have some plain Thinsulate ones I bought for £3.99 from the local Spar shop, keep my hands really warm but not sure they'll last longer than one winter, which is fine as I always loose them anyway!
Thinsulate are good. You could try silk under gloves. They make a great difference and even YO who has poor circulation and really hurts in the cold is OK in them.
but they arn't completely waterproof, so for jobs where I get my hands wet I put a pair of rubber gloves over the top. They are not that cheap, but my loacal feed merchant were doing two pairs for £5 recently (I think they made a mistake) so I stocked up for winter!
ski gloves, proper ones - get some they really work. I get Reynauds in my hands, where the blood just simply stops pumping, fingers go white no circulation. Riding gloves have no isulation. Ski gloves do!
I got a pair of waterproof gloves, they are lined with the same stuff that they make wet suits with. Loved them so much i got a pair of socks too!!
They cost me £35, got them from a local workwear shop. Now i complain that my hands are too warm lol, also they arent too thick that you cant hold the reins properly

Try a bioflow bracelet
I don't suffer from reynauds since wearing one
Back to OP, I wear sealskinz gloves fof yard duties and leather gloves for riding
For mucking out I use Wilko's gardening gloves! They are really soft inside and keep my hands like toast! I always end up keeping them on whilst i'm doing my jobs, although I only do my shetlands stable with them so the don't get really stinky!
