What happens on a bsja ticket day??

Hi we have been told that when you go on a ticket day, you have to pay the entriy fee plus the ticket so we have entered before hand like any other affiliated combination would (note we are unaffiliated) and so therefore we have paid for the entry fee,
now when we get there, do we go and ask at the tent for the ticket??
and what will this reprecent?
do we get a little go round at the end of the affiliated class or what??

when you jump on a ticket you jump along the other competitors in the class but if you get placed you dont get prize money/rosette etc. some venues you can enter on the day but at others you have to pre enter and just write ticket on the entry form and send them the correct money . i think thats how it works . someone will correct me if im wrong but if neither you nor the horse are registered you need a ticket for both of you.
 
At our shows you would normally enter before the day. You pay extra £6 for yourself and your horse/pony together plus the entry fee. This will entitle you to jump the first round and jump off but you will not receive rosettes or prize money.
If the class is drawn order you will normally jump at the end as you are non competitive but if not drawn order you declare at the collecting ring like everyone else.
Most secretary's don't mind if you ask afterwards to look at results sheets to see if you would have been placed if you were registered. If you jump on a ticket regularly it is worth registering with bsja as doing special half price offers at the moment for new members.
