This was a thought that crossed my mind when i was watching the London olympics. I would love to own one of the jumps they used in the showjumping/pentathlon.

Are they possible to buy, are they given away? where do they go?

This one was quite a cool one..

Was also wondering if the olympic/pentathlon/XC courses they used would be available for hire??

Thanks for any input :D :D

I don't know where the others are but Little Downham Horse Trials, at Ely Eventing, have the Thames barge from the XC course.

I don't know what happens to the jumps, but we've been bedding ours on left over olympic staw for months!

Last year one of the xc jumps was at Burghley, don't know if it's going to be there every year though. They also had the post box show jump and maybe some more?

Each member of the Olympic Gold medal show jumping team has been given one jump as a memento. The remainder belong to BS and are sent out to major shows.
