I abselied down the side of Birminghams Womens Hospital for charity!
It was tragic to watch!!!! I held on to the top of the building for 10 mins until my fingers hurt!!!!
It then took me ages to get down the wall and when I did I collapsed in a heap.
Never did have a head for heights....

It is for the Stroke Association. I would love to be able to devise a way so I could be sponsored by some HHo members! Does anyone know how we could do it? I would love to raise a good amount of money for them.

I have abseiled before down a 40 foot cliff and that was ok. I'm doing it with a colleague and we can be quite competitive so I think that plus adrenalin will see us through!!
