I have a bit of a rug fetish and the other day I saw this rug in the shop and thought, I HAVE to have that. It is a £60 weatherbeeta show fleece thing, all fleece lined and fancy looking. My girl looks beautiful in it, I bought it with the excuse that it was her xmas pressie

My boy WILL eventually get a smart new leather headcollar, which I told him about this morning. I bought the wrong size though and the weather has prevented me changing it.
I'm also going to get a name plate made for it.
 
Mine got a new bridle (this was a neccessity as she broke the other one) and a gorgeous burgundy saddlecloth. I thought they were presents for me rather than her as they are for riding so I've ordered her a decahedron as a late Xmas pressie that she can enjoy...

As of yet nothing but all i asked for was money for xmas (well and a trailer and landrover - got that kinda in the form of something from toys r us haha!) so he will be kitted out with new numnahs, grooming kit and rugs/exercise sheet etc

3 horses on the yard including mine, so bought them all a likit each and 2 packs of polos!

Considering i'm gonna be forking out for physio and possibly a new saddle i need to save on all the pennies!
 
Ooooh snap, I have an absolute obsession with rugs too!
My lucky lucky boy got a brand new complete wardrobe of turnout rugs (with some hoods for the changing weather

All the horses on the yard got a stocking from a girl on the yard which had a packet of polos, apple, swede and parsnip. I brought mine a brussle sprouts on a stalk which he loves. My brothers got me a thermatex exercise sheet.

My sister got a baby pink leather head collar with bling (shes 10yrs old) for travelling her in.

lucky horses... i wanted to attempt to make something edable, (heard they like guiness with it aswell!?) but i failed to get the guiness in time and forgot the carrots from the yard, so they will each get that new years day i have decided

A bag of fennel seeds - which are a big treat for him,

Go on - buy a bag for £1 from the Indian grocer and try them with your horse!

But he did also get a parnsip, apple, carrot, almonds, dates and a bottle of Sweetheart Stout!
 
my old girl who has just turned 32 had 2 packets of polos and a apple filled with pony nuts then my new boy had a few carrots filled with polos (i like watching there faces when the discover whats in it lol ) x
 
My ex OH - yep work that one out - very kindly bought my boy a John Whitaker Headcollar / LeadRope and also a Decahedron which was hilarious watching him play football this morning in the indoor school - loved it. I bought him lots of treats and a tack room diary and calendar - ok so that was for me

My doggie got a new coat (so cute!) and a stocking that has been winding her up all day. Merry Christmas everyone. Did you ride? I did with tinsel on my boy and my doggie, will again tomorrow as its lovely seeing the drivers smile as they go past.
