Well Mr T is getting a jolly ball, herbal treats and a can of guiness for his tea and no doubt I will give in and give him a carrot and apple, he doesn't enjoy swede's anymore.
and a likit for his toy already....

Will all be put inside his stocking too.... :)

I love spoiling them on christmas too

Apparently YO gets all the horses a likit on Xmas eve - a yard tradition. Its my first Xmas with Stanley and pretty much everything on my Xmas list is for him:D

I must be really mean but I dont get mine anything! Mine get things all year round whenever they need anything so they dont need anything now. I did on the other hand buy my 2 cats an xmas present (toy) which I have even wrapped for them... only because they adore stuff like that and I guess its guilt as we'll be away a lot Xmas Eve and Day at families houses!

A bright RED diamanti head collar ! well it is xmas so he needs an xmas colour (dark bay)
On xmas day we allways make them an xmas pud out of chaff, treacle, mints, carrots and apples.
I leave a stocking on the door of my liveries stuffed with carrots, apples and mints and something small for owner like hoof pick, hoof oil brush or plaiting bands.
Might give mine animalintex and derma gel in his as he is so accident prone!!
Happy xmas to all your neds. Hope they all enjoy the day off!!

Nothing - I think the £15,000 in vets fees for the mare in the past 18 months should make her grateful....pony getting nothing either. Bah humbug!

Mine get a string of vegetables, I sit with a drill (honestly!!) with a long bit and put holes through them, apples, parsnips, carrots, oranges, suedes and anything else I can string up. They lasted two minutes last year- this year I have a cunning plan!! :D

Were buying a swede and making a hole through it and tying some rope through it with apples and carrots also attached which hangs from his stable roof. He also gets a mint likit which lasts for 5 minutes.
Oh, and he had a new cuddly ponies fleece last week which he is currently wearing under his turn out :D
