I don't mean from falling off... Just handling and in general...

Mine has given me a nasty rope burn (from lunging, he's not keen lol)went straight through gloves

And a bleeding nose (mine not his) from smacking me in the face with his head...

Note: he is very chilled out and laid back usually lol

Broken wrist......
Smacked round the head with a plank....
trodden on.......
kicked.....
bleeding nose countless times.....
horses.....why do we do it sometimes!!!

Had a tooth kicked out while doing up some leg straps on a rug. - My fault as much as the horses as I wasnt paying full attention at the time.
Plenty of grazes and grass stains from being pulled over because I just refuse to let go!

Torn leg ligament from the horse falling sideways onto my leg.
Broken hand, sprained wrist, severe bruising and swelling to arm from difficult loader. Numerous shoulder wrenches from same. Whiplash. Bruising to foot and toes. Bite marks on arm and fingers. Numerous rope burns from lunging.
Oh..and my other half had his front teeth chipped from horse throwing his head up in trailer...don't ask!!!

Too many to mention but probably the best one was where the doctor in A&E asked if I was a road traffic accident (as multiple injuries)
He was most surprised to find I had actually been only leading a horse  not even on her (I was in fact squished underneath her when most of the injuries occured) - lucky I was there to break her fall then )

Head butting loss 2 teeth different times
Knocked out cold again after head butting,
Stamped on leg breaking it while grooming (mean cow of a horse)
Same horse stamped on foot de-nailing big toe which has never grown back properly.
Bringing in from the field youngster pulled me off my feet when a young child ran up to her broke left wrist.
Lost count of bruises and cuts. Latest is a massive bruise bigger than my hand on top of left thigh. Youngster fly bucked when changing the rein on the lunge set of by field of yearlings taking off she thought she would join in.
Most of the time I love them but sometimes when sporting the latest injury I do wonder why. Husband knows if I ring the yard he now asks what is broken this time!!

Severely bruised hip and ribs from my old loan pony falling on me when SJ.

Last summer, a pony I was meant to be bringing on did this to me. I was brushing her off, stood back to look and something, and her back leg fired out at me. :( She was funny with her back legs being picked out, so might have been something to do with that. I was out of action riding wise for about 7 weeks, and told her owner that she should find someone else who wanted to work with her horse instead.
Looked this this after a couple hours, just home from A&E..

And this 4 weeks later..

Was told any lower, and my knee would have been in pieces, any higher and it could have also been worse. Very glad the horse didn't have shoes on, otherwise that would have been considerably worse.

Rope burn on the hand from a pony with no manners when being turned out. I was shutting the gate, pony wanted to bugger off. We fought, I lost. My own fault

Currently have a bruise on my arm from loading K on the lorry yesterday, not sure how, think I caught it on something.

Also shut my fingers in this type of gate numerous times..

Various cuts, grazes, troddon on toes and pulled muscles too. :o

From my own, I've not had anything dreadful but from falls I've had numerous stitches (falling off onto barbed wire fences was my thing as a kid!) and more recently I fell off a couple of years ago landing right on my coxynx which hasnt been right since. From handling, nothing really other than my shetland once flattening me and running over the top of me (resulted in a bust lip) and one horse kicking me very hard when he was aiming at another horse which gave me a disgusting bruise. Sounds like Im quite lucky though!

I had something similar to your 4 weeks later picture after about 4 hours! Trying to load a horse that did not want to load. He had planted himself on the ramp and then decided to kung-fu kick me with his front feet. Bless him! Got caught just below the hip on my thigh. Luckily had got me on the thigh near the rear where there is plenty of squish :D. Bruise was so weird, really red and liney.

Also really hurt my arm leading a horse out to the field. Holding the rope in my right arm, i casually stretched across with my left to open the gate. Horse decided this was the perfect time to scratch his face on me and just rammed my arm into the gate. Hurt so much I was doubled over thinking I was about to puke! Had a nice bruise on the outside of my arm where he'd hit me and the inside where i'd hit the gate. Bicep was a bit useless for a bit!

From my current horse - absolutely nothing, have had him about 14 months now.
Now I have said that I await a catastrophe tonight!!

I nearly broke my finger when i was tying up the spotty one, he spooked and went backwards squishing my hand between the rope and the top door :(.
I got kicked in the head once by my little pony, she only just caught me just above my lip though - was quite young so don't really remember it.
Numerous bangs to the head when they decide to turn their head going over the top of mine and not always clearing my head :o
Got pulled over bring in 3 of my horses, had been doing it for weeks with no problems and the one time they spooked and took off (at the gate banging behind them! ) the YM was there (extremely rare) and i consequently got it in the ear for trying to bring them all in at once :o
Had my foot trod on too many times to count - clumsy mare!
Squished up against the wall a few times, mostly when i have attempted to pull the mare's mane - given up now
And lastly been shoved in the boobs/shoulders by the spotty brute being an impatient **** too many times
Haha when you put it in a list like this it doesn't say much about your horses and i wouldn't consider my little injuries that bad :o

Majority of my injuries from other peoples nags!! Broken fingers & toes, rope burns, excruciating elec fence burn across back of knees (went thru jeans too!) My own tb accidentally trod on my foot other week, he was mortified, as I was sat on floor cursing he came over & licked my boot to apologise :)

Fractured my cheek when my boy accidentally headbutted me  Rope burns when he spooked and bolted off when I was bringing him in. Daughter's leg is her best one though....fell off horse when he spooked and he stood on her leg before bolting off in a blind panic

This was taken 8 days after it happened.

Broken and dislocated shoulder from leading my then 2 year old - not at all her fault just an unfortunate accident - all better now!

Youch that wouldve nipped a bit :D

Run over by a shetland when i was 5 :D
Broken finger lungeing.
Sucked under a rearer then landed on, by said horse.
Kicked twice by same horse.
In hand walking from 3 months box rest wee tb, even with half a tube of sedalin turned into the tasmanian devil at the end of the rope, caught my arm with back foot and split it, thankfully not broken, just needed stitched, caught my head as well and skiffed my new hat, was really peed off at that.
Bruised ribs after being slammed into stable door
Broken toe
Sounds alot but its over a 45 yr period :D:D

Mine can be a sod!
Kicked me and fractured my wrist last year. Had a few other kicks from him, but luckily just been bruising. (Touches wood!)
He's bitten me many times, mainly my bum when im bending over, its obviously that resistable lol ;)
Rope burn, I've been squished up the door, lorry, wall.
He's stamped on my feet and toes, i swear he does this on purpose! You think id learn to keep out of the way! Serves me right really!
Looking at that he sounds like a demon! And he probably is, but he's my grump and I do love him, warts and all, I can be a grumpy cow myself so I cant really fault him for being so too!
Horses, dont you just love em' :D :D

Broken toe (my fault leading him in wearing wellies) and ankle bashed and up like a balloon clonked by a 17.3hh gormless thing's foot. Think I've got off very lightly reading what's happened to you lot!

Concussion from following my employers instructions. I should have ignored her. Was told to put the horse's feed in their feed bin and then check their water. I wanted to do it the other way. Wretched woman was watching me. So I tipped the feed in and as I went to check the water, the large mare then dashed over to her feed and on the way has whacked me in the head with her head. Instant concussion. Had to keep working. Was not happy. To make things worse, this wasn't so long after concussion from coming off my own horse. (I was wearing a helmet.)

Being that my horse and I are both very clumsy we regularly step on each others feet and tangle legs, so frequent hoof shaped foot bruises. I was giving her a good scratch last week and tripped back under her head. Don't know who was more dazed from clashing heads, me or her!
Anyone else who knocks her sends her running but she just accepts me being clumsy lol

Pan

My own horses?
Rope Burn - Pony got fright, took off and ripped rope out of my hand. Rope flapping behind her terrified her. Started to call to her and she came towards me and as she went past, I grabbed the rope and anchored myself. Really ouchie rope burn, but she stopped!!

Grooming a horse at yard I worked on, not sure what happened, but I ended up on floor, horse stood on my leg in the confusion and stood trembling at back of stable. Calmed the horse, hobbled out and my leg ballooned and went a horrific shade of yellow/purple from knee to toe.

Yearling headbutted me and gave me a bloody nose.

Trotting my mare up inhand and she shot forward and so I didn't get rope burn I let her go a little and she kicked me in the leg :( countless bumps/bruises and been squished in doors and gates!

Wrecked my knee after landing wrong coming off a bucking bronco, my OH/boss said I could have the next day off, 7 weeks later I was back at work on light duties, also broke ribs in that incident due to the bucking.
Been stood on many times by our mare causing bruising, got in the way of a shetland kicking out at a dog and was bruised from an already injured knee
to the sole of my foot.
Oh has shattered his leg coming off while x countrying and having a bolshy
gelding, has had his ribs broken twice by our mare rolling him along the stable
wall while stressing
And we have both had rope burns from trying to hold a bolting horse

Sounds like I've got off lightly!! I've also been squished against door and bit too but not by mine and neither that bad x

Haha too many to count.
Was walking my horse out after he had been off, on box rest, for three months. Building the walks up. A woman came driving past quite close (our yard is on an old aerodrome so has its own road, usually very quiet) I signalled for her to stop but she kept coming. Horse reared up and came down on me. Three broken fingers, two cracked ribs and a nice purple horseshoe shaped bruise on my stomach.

I think that's probably the worst...
