What is a Welsh Section E ??? :P

I didn't think they exsisted but I was reading through a WPCS schedule and it included a Welsh Section E in the rules :confused:

What it said:

'Pure bred animals registered in Sections A, B, C, D & E must be shown in as natural a state as possible, manes and tails must not be plaited with the exception of a single long plait behind the ear.'

Currently the category Section E refers to any colt in any section that has been gelded since first registration.
For example a section A was first registered as a Section A colt but since has been gelded and therefore his paperwork changed, becoming a Welsh Section A (E).
