Following on from my post yesterday about my mare's suspected stroke/fit on Friday night i went up last night and even more drama unfolded!! I share a field with my best friend and her horse and i was my day to be on duty. My girl looked quite normal so that was good. Gave them their dinner and checked my girl over. Went over to my firends horse and she was choking!!!! To cut a long story short ended up with the emergency vet out until 10pm and we still couldn't clear the blockage so horsey was sedated and given a muscle relaxant and thankfully over night she cleared it herself!! I swear they are working together to give me a nervous breakdown!!
