My vote goes to the Hunting Act. What do other people think?

The Hunting Act is meant to be a law against using dogs to kill animals.

It contains an exemption on flushing out designed to enable people to use dogs to kill animals.

The flushing out exemption states that people can only flush out wild animals with dogs if they then shoot them.

For the last ten years I have flushed out deer from my coppice with my dogs and I've never shot a deer because there is no need.

So I am now made a criminal because I am breaking a law meant to stop people using dogs to kill animals because I refuse to kill animals.

Can anyone top that as an example of blatant incompetent stupidity?

"What do you think Wrighty? Have you an example of a more stupid one?"
I'm sure if you looked on a socialist forum the answer would be different, same with conservitive, Lib, BNP or "save our post offices"
As this is a forum to do with hunting it was your natural, and predictable choice.

You might as well have started a thread call "Hands up if you like horses"

"i was just wondering what your opinion was"
It comes across more like another moan about the treatment of hunters, if you wanted a varied opinion on this question you would have put in on a different type of forum or even just put yours down and wait for others to add thier ideas, you didn't do that you went into a rant about flushing deer (Sounding a lot like Mr Bradshaw)

Just to add balance to your openly onesided poll, "What is New labour's best law?"
