im so confused its probably a stupid question but what is the difference? i have what i though was a wilkie snaffle but just seen one for sale almost identical with a different mouthpiece advertised as a wilkie but people have commented saying its a beaval not a wilkie? am i just being thick!?

A true Wilkie is made by flyde saddlery and expensive a beaval is a cheaper copy. As the poster above said a true Wilkie the top loop is above the bit ring the beaval is inside. They both do the same thing although a Wilkie is slightly more severe.
That reminds me must put mine on eBay even second hand willies seems to collect £30 ish!!!!

Lol batgirl that's the sort of thing that I would giggle at too!!! There's 5 of us at work all approaching our 30's and we still laugh at ridiculas stuff I always say we're trying to retain our youth!!! Hehe
