what is the difference between BE90 and BE90 open

can any one tell me.... what is the difference between BE90 and BE90 open
and can anyone enter either if they want too....

The difference is a BE90 open is open to horses with points, just like a BE100 open. A normal BE90 is only open to grade 4 horses (with 0 points, I think it's grade 4 but I cannot remember without looking). Anyone can enter the open class but only eligible horses can enter the normal one.

Yes they can it is totally open. Also riders who have ridden at advanced level can enter these classes.
