What is the difference..

Between a lozenge bit,and a french link?
Bill is currently in a loose ring lozenge,and it seems more encouraging for him to work in a consistent,forward outline.
But..
Id like to try and get him to work as active in the french link?
Suggestions please!!

The lozenge is bullet-shaped and the link is flat. Why on earth do you want to use a French link particularly if he goes well in a lozenge

i echo what the others have said really... why is it that you particularly want him going in a french link?

Hmm..
It seems that alot of people get quite a soft horse using a french link,but now you mention it,I suppose if the lozenge is more rounded than the flat link,it wont be as harsh..
