What is the going rate for 5 acres of land to rent?

A field has recently come available in very close proximity to our home where we currently keep our horses. We are based in somerset. It is approximately 5 acres and has no water or electric and is quite wet in the winter months. Although there are stables we are not interested in renting these and the grazing is all that we are after. If people could let me know that would be fantastic. Thank you in advance.

It's all very difficult - I've rented 5 acres with stables for 50pm, 6 acres with no stables and
water on a meter for 120pm, 3 acres for 50 a month, where I am now 2.5 acres, field shelter, wet, and well water 87pcm. If the land is wet stables will be a godsend, I'd be willing to pay 180/200 with the stables depending on fencing etc
