What is the going rate for a sharer?

But for example 2 days a week riding plus a weekend day every other weekend? No chores but financial contribution required for his upkeep.

For 2 days at a very well equipped yard I would say £20 but for more of a hacker type horse at a small yard I would say £15...

I would say it sounds very fair, but does depend slightly on what you're willing to offer - whether you are happy to allow the sharer freedom to do what they wish with the horse on their days, or whether you want to keep a strict control over his activities.
