What is the going rate for DIY livery in Devon?

We are in the process of possibly of having a farm and want to do livery. What does everyone pay?We currently dont have a sand school but they could ride around acres of farm land all year round. A jumping and schooling field in the spring/summer and when dry.Indoor barn stabling with secure tackroom and haybarn. We could supply hay and straw but probably would charge for that seperately.We would also have all year round turnout with group or individual turnout. We could also offer DIY, part or full livery. What could we charge?Thanks

I'm in south devon, and have been looking for livery for ages (finally found somewhere), and prices vary - where i'm going, DIY is £20 a week, includes stable, paddock, locked tackroom, grass dressage/jumping field, use of floodlit all weather surface school (slightly smaller than 20x40), storage space for bits & bobs, hay & straw available to purchase separately. Other places i've looked at have varied between £25 - £35 for places with schools/jumps/walkers etc, and £15 - £20 for stable & field no school. Don't know about full livery though.

I'm in North Devon.

I pay £20 for my first horse then the rest are £15 a week.

There is another livery near me that charges £30 a week but includes bedding and hay.

It's been a while since I was in livery, but friends are paying £20 - £25 for similar set ups to yours.

I keep mine on a farm, 24/7 turnout with open access to a huge bedded down barn. We keep the barn clean between us but there are also stables should we need one, tack room and we ride directly onto the moor but can use a field for schooling. During the summer I pay £10/wk but during the winter the owner feeds my horse for me every morning and she provided the straw so I gave her £20/wk, I bought my own hard food and hay separately. This year I am providing the hay and the straw (partly free/partly exceptionally cheaply) for all of the four horses there but will still very happily pay £20/wk during the winter as its a Godsend for me to have someone to feed in the mornings

I'm in South Devon (between Newton Abbot and Totnes) and pay £130 per month, have a field to myself for my two, an outside school and all straw and hay included.

Thanks for your replies. We would be based near newton abbot. Im thinking DIY about £15/18 per week for stable and grazing and then hay and straw seperatly and turnout seperatly etc
