AFAIK if it's unaffiliated there are none. However there may be a requirement for insurance purposes.
FWIW last ua course I helped build we did tops and backs safety (the plastic fall-away type) rest whatever came to hand.

no requirement specific requirements, unaff still most people don't actually get that you can put a safety cup back together and it isnt 'broke' 
BS backs of spreads must be safety cups, also tend to use them on gates/ if using just a filler in smaller unaff classes.
what she needs will just depend on her stands really.
