OK, so after the "tallest" thread, we clearly need a "smallest" thread. What's the smallest pony you've ever squished?

For me, I think it was about 12hh; a pony named Copperdust.

I have ridden a 10.2hh shetland mare, I was a lot thinner then btw! But I'm only 5ft 3 and she was very deep through the body.
I rode her the first time and then hacked her out with my oh on his 16 hand TB, we got some funny looks....

Another Shetland answer. My aunt used to breed them and my cousin and me had the task of breaking them lol. I think mostly they broke us ha ha!

This one was a brood mare before we got her and had never been ridden before, she was 8 lol!
She bucked off her 5 year old rider so I had the dubious honor of breaking her her in. She was fine but very nearly managed to get me off once.
She turned out to be a lovely pony, if she saw you walking across the yard with some tack she would come galloping over neighing and she must have been the only horse in the world that would nap away from home because she wanted to be out longer!!!

I rode a fallabella several times 4 yrs ago, i was about 4ft11 at the time and weighed about 6st and he easily took me, he was much more fiesty then any other horse/pony i had ridden and took off with me more than once! He was very clever at taking off with his riders and always headed towards the electric fencing so the everyone always came off. At first they thought he was in pain or something but it just turned out he was naughty and good and getting people off

I rode an 11.2hh pony for a bit (at the same yard as fallabella) and she was an ex-riding school pony who was another expert at getting her riders off but prefered to chuck them over her head!

Shetland - we used to do the "grand national" up my field on my little shetland, my friend got bucked off her once and I swear the Sheltie changed course purely to trample over her!
