Can anyone explain this phrase to me?! I have just read it in a magazine article and not quite sure what it is - can anyone enlighten me?!
I always thought it meant the girls that put on their white jodhpurs and boots and spurs and walk around big events like Badminton, Hickstead etc hoping that someone will think they are riding there!!

Don't know, don't care. All I can say is I just HATE white jodphurs full stop (and canary ones too). If I'm competing it's always beige for me! Okay, so I'm an untrendy stick-in-the-mud - and so what?!
