i have a small 11hh pony who yesterday jumped 3 and half foot high by about 6 ft wide, ok it was a fence in the field, but he just clears them, no problem.

has any one got a small one that can also jump like that, or is he just totally mad

Daughters 11.2 Welshie ran out at a jump, forgetting there was another off the block to the left of it (instructor stood to the right of the jump), and stopped, then from a standstill decided she had to jump the blocks which are 3ft, and cleared it by a good 6 inches.

The highest I asked my 11.2 welsh A to jump was 2 foot 9 and he cleared it no problems, which I actually think is quite impressive! (well seemed it when i was 13 anyway!)

my old 13.3 jumps 1m20 with room to spare! fairly scary when pony seems to hurtle at them at about 60mph and i'm desperately trying to check and see a stride!
