What is this bit?

I've started using it on my new horse as i found it brand new in my draw and it has rubber on the inside. He immediately stopped chewing like he usually does and went really well in it!

I'll keep on using it but what's it called? I'm usually so good with bits to

I cant see the pic very well on my screen, its very dark but the bit just looks like a vulcanised D ring snaffle to me. I am very bad at recognising bits though!
