please see pic mare is SOUND! but has history of suspensory injury but just had clean ultra sound should i call vet?

If you are referring to the 'lump' on the front of the cannon bone, it looks like it could be a splint which has formed hence the soundness.

If you are referring to the filled sections at the back of the limb then if she always looks like this, there is no heat and no lameness then it could be that its just filled with standing in/lack of movement.

So she could have two splint on same leg and she is not in work
