Looks dangerous to me. If something went went wrong how would people get off safely, looks like only way off is under horses heads or climb over the back. Maybe the angle of the photo though.

This has got to have been put together for a joke! How would the driver control the horses speed? Perhaps he has very long arms to reach across the width of the vehicle and grab hold of their heads. I have never seen anything like this before. Also looks dangerous, and imagine meeting an oncoming vehicle....
