Noticed this in my horse's tail today, she isn't itching at all with it. She had ringworm on her shoulder, but that looked like ringworm, this doesn't really at all. What do you guys think? Should I treat it with Nizarol like I did her shoulder? And scrub everything.... again!!

Personally

I would call the vet, there are a lot of skin issues going round, my donkey has just had a skin scrape.

Could be ring worm could be another type of skin problem.

when in doubt call the vet.

Could it be pinworm itchiness? They scratch/rub their tails when bothered by that. Vet needed really to diagnose
