sounds really like a story here, bloke was identified tossing a weighted dog into the water - his story was that it bit his daughter and he couldn't afford to PTS and couldn't wait for the dog warden, aye right.....

Well the local heavies got hold of the boy I mentioned up there...he had to run to the papers and bleat about how he was being intimidated- GOOD!!!

Hope they catch the bugger that did this. Makes you wonder what people like this are thinking when theyre doing it. Most people value their animals in the same capacity as their children/family, so if they can do this to an animal, whats to say they wont do something similar to a person.
