Also how much do you spend a month roughly? Me and my sis buy the H&H and we take it in turns to pay every week. I occasionaly get the odd other mag. The prices of horse magazines seem to be getting so expensive. I remember when I first got H&H and it was around £1.90 and now its £2.10!

Hmm, I get H&H, Your Horse (subscription), Horse and Rider and Horse.
Children have Pony and Horse and Pony mags (mainly for the posters).
My eldest reads my mags and youngest looks through them then colours them in

I buy Your Horse regularly, get H&H whenever there are good reports and interviews in it, and get the Irish Field every Saturday (don't think that's considered as a magazine though!

). So I'd say I spend about €20 a month on horse magazines

H&H on occasion, Your Horse, when i was younger ALWAYS got H&P and was subscribed to it. Sometimes Pony, and sometimes horse and rider. other general mags include heat, now, closer and i read my mums mags which are womans own, bella, best, and something else lol

edited to say - always spend too much on reading gossip but on the horsey mags, varies as i don't buy each on a regular basis

Have Eventing on subscription (£14 ish twice a year) and buy H&H if I just want something to read or if it's the run up to a big event

i have a subscription to the nag and dog... good job really because it always seems out really fast around here... didn't realise there were so many horsey people in Redditch!

I get H&H every week...

I'll buy the other three horsey mags (Horse/H&R/Your Horse) if there are any interesting looking articles otherwise I won't bother.

I also subscribe to an online magazine Horses for Life which is easily the best though I wish they produced a hard copy version as well so I could read it in the bath.

Non-horsey mags - Radio Times every week and Heat sometimes. Plus Q/Uncut and Mojo - but again only if the free CD is good or there's an article or two that I'm interested in.

I regularly get Your Horse and just pick up other horse mags when there looks like an interesting article in them. I also get Pony magazine for the kids at school to read every few weeks (as well as Match and Dandy/Beano but these aren't horsey

)

I have been taking H & H since 1958! It was in black & white and half again as big. I think it was 1s 9d, which is about 8p in new money! How things have changed, for the better, in all respects, I might add.

I get Your Horse, Horse and Horse and Rider on subscription. Never seem to have the time to read them though. The last three months worth are lying on the floor gathering dust.

I buy all ......that is Horse Mag,Horse & Rider and Your Horse and they creep up by the odd 10 pence every now and again.....think there all in competion with each other....soon there hit the £4.00 mark I'll give them up then!

I subscribe to Your Horse and Endurance magazines...although I won't be renewing my Your Horse subscription as I am getting a bit bored of it now!

I've had H & H ever since 1964. Not entirely happy with the way it's gone in recent times. Also on subscription I have Horse (not sure I'll continue with it), England's Equestrian and Horse International. Radio Times is the only other one I always buy.
