What not to do with your poo bags!!

I live in Charnwood, well Loughborough but Charnwood area!
Makes me ashamed to live here almost! Can't see the point of picking it up, bagging it and then chucking it in a tree!

And its not pronounced Rof-ley! Its pronounced Roaf-ley. To make roaf rhyme with loaf lol ;)

I can't really understand why, the pile of bags he had to throw looked more than one walking sessions worth.

I can't work out if he transported it there especially to chuck in the tree ..... and lets face it, it wasn't a small tree, so some effort must've been required.
 
I don't understand either. Like you said,more effort to chuck it in a tree than carry and put it in a bin. Admittedly there is not a lot of bins around but this is improving. We now have doggy bins in the town centre! So got no excuse really!
I keep seeing places I know and going "I've been there!" lol
 
we get people arond here picking up poo in bags and then hanging it on hedges annd trees etc. It makes me really mad!
Its bad when people dont pick up after their dogs but I cant see the point of picking it up then leaving the bags, I think its worse than not picking it up at all as at least the poo will rot away. do these people think someone goes around and collects the bags or what?

I thought it was pronounced Roath-ley :p lol. I drive the bus through there :D

I think the problem is the council don't supply enough waste bins or dog mess bins, not that that condones the behavior but it doesn't help
