What oil to feed mare?

apparently corn oil is fine - vegetable oil you need to watch amount of rapeseed oil in it. Something to do with by products of digestion or something that can cause joint inflammation.

I love linseed oil for mine but appreciate it is a little steep price wise.

Just looked it up - it's to do with omega-3 and omega-6 imbalances but this could be scare mungering in the oil industry

Bailey's Outshine amazing stuff:D

I would totally agree with this, it is what I feed for coat/skin condition to my mare with sweet itch. Cheap stuff it isn't, but there's no mess with it, easy to store and the results I am getting speak for themselves and therefore I don't begrudge the cost.

I think Linseed oil is the best one for skin/coat condition, Outshine contains both Linseed/Soya oils.
