This is a painting/print on canvas in the stable canteen at Leicester. Whenever I have asked AI for a racehorse I always get an eggbutt snaffle and either a grackle, no noseband or a cavesson and flash.

Not a scooby. But the rest of the bridle looks like it comes from the trotters. But rather than a sulky they have put a saddle and jockey on the horse. Or actually they have just put the jockeys from the saddle trot races up into tb racing position rather than leg long.
