Need new reins any recomendations? Using rubber ones at min which hav broke so time to do a bit of shopping.

Im a huge fan of the nylon core rubber reins. Some people call them jelly reins I think. Lovely they are 
Lots of manufacturers do them now, not looked at all but Jeffries are nice.
Mine were made for me though, came with a bridle.

If you decide on the above please buy a recognised make. We had a pair, they felt nice in the hand & didn't have the bulk that normal rubber reins have but they broke whilst competing
. You can't see or feel when they are starting to wear out & so have no warning when it will happen. Unfortunately this happened in a jump off & was quite scarey for daughter when it happened. We have gone back to rubber reins now, I think they're Kieffer.

Mine were made by hand by the very good saddler who makes my custom bridles. Im very happy with the quality.

equipe reins are seriously nice, they are semi rolled with rubber covered nylon, or the cheaper version saracen bio grip are also nice!!
