What saddle has your saddler found to be the best fit for your youngster? (Pref TB)

Not exactly a youngster - 6 years old when accquired from racing (Aug 2010), so racing fit & lean, but the Thorowgood T4 has been good - high wither style - with changeable gullet. She is now a very different shape & has had 3 gullet changes. Now M/W!!
 
One of the liveries has a 5 year old TB, about 16.2hh. She has a Bates GP and Bates dressage saddle, both with changeable gullets and he goes brilliantly in them. Saddler (Norris) and the back lady have both said the fit is very good. Don't know if he's raced as he came with a 'replacement' passport!
 
I always seem to have ended up with Ideal saddles for my ex-racers.
One of them did have an Albion but i didn't like it so went for a Suzanna which i loved :D
