I have a new horse waiting to come to our yard but have been very worried about the risks and what I should do about her having no vaccinations. There are other horses which are fully vaccinated but one is a vetran with a heart condition. I am wondering what to do about it and whether renting a isolated field somewhere else for about 5 weeks would work best so my new horse can have her vaccinations there! please help me!!!

Is the new horse sick? If it's healthy I should think you are worrying unecessarily, have it vaccinated, keep an eye to make sure it remains healthy and only remove it if it becomes so. The risk is really quite small unless it has come from a yard which has sick horses, in fact it's as likely to pick something up from yours as it is to bring something in - everywhere has unfamiliar bugs and you cannot vaccinate for everything.

All a vac does is give them the ability to fight it, it doesn't stop them carrying. So the only risk is to the unvaccinated horse. I'd just book a vet for its first jabs day of arrival, but otherwise just treat it the same as if it were done.

As above!

I think you have the wrong end of the stick as to what a vaccination actually is.

It does not prevent them carrying a bacteria however the vaccination makes that particular horse immune it.

Whether the horse has vaccinations or not will not affect any of the other horses apart from the non vaccinated one.
