What general shampoös does everyone use? I have a dog that seems to have very sensitive skin and goes through stages of being itchy and getting little yellow heads on her tummy.

She is regularly flea treated ad I always check her as well as wash bedding etc but it feels like a contrast battle!

Her feed was changed some time ago after a recommendation on here.

Is there a shampoo I can use to sooth her skin?

I would use a low suds shampoo as this will rinse off easier, then rinse again.
Other wise use baby shampoo & dilute it before applying.

I can't say about tea tree - I'm violently allergic to it.

Without knowing what the yellow bits are, it'd be really difficult to suggest a shampoo.

However, something I've been using in my salon is white vinegar. I can team it up with almost any shampoo. The vinegar is naturally anti-bacterial but it also strips out the shampoo so even with low water pressure, it helps to remove residual traces of shampoo, which can cause itching. It's not drying to the skin and if you dilute it 50/50 you won't have a dog that smells of vinegar. I use it on smelly dogs as it does help remove malodours.
