Why stay at a yard full of backstabbing tossers?
If there is another yard that you would feel more comfortable at, then shift over there.

Can't be doing with such pettiness.
 
I'd move. You pay a lot of money to enjoy your horse and if you're not doing so, you need to do something about it and if that means moving, so be it.
 
I would move. I can't stand atmospheres like that.

Having a horse is all about enjoying yourself and you don't sound like you'll be able to where you are at the moment.
