What showing classes for my horse?

Fudge is a 14.3hh 11 year old, unregistered Welsh cob, this year I want to do some in-hand showing with him as he's not ready for ridden classes but needs to get out and about.
Which classes could I enter?

I know these photos aren't great and not all recent and he is on a diet
