What size boots?

My lad is fully feathered with a lot of bone and 14hh. I would like to get some boots for xc but having short but large legs am not sure which size or make to go for, can anyone offer advice please?

I'm pretty sure woof wear do sizes s-xxl and have a cob sizing option too.

I'm sure most makes have a good range of sizes but does cob size mean something inbetween pony and full or does it mean a true cob with huge short legs? because mine has more bone than a full size horse!
