i have a irish cob and he has very big legs i have cliped his socks off to stop any mites ect i have brought him a NEW pair of travell boots in a full but the are too small could you help me for any suggestions??
If he has masses of bone, you probably won't find any big enough. I have a Clydesdale who is unsettled when traveling so I have to use gamgee and bandages... the old fasioned way!
Your local saddler/rug mender should be able to extend the travel boots you have.
My mare has chunky legs and is the same height as your chap. she had a lovely pair or woof wear travel boots which fitted well, but now has premier equine ones which are fab for those chunky beasties. Try www.premierequineinternational.com
I can second the Woof Wear ones, my cob has full size and to be honest they are a tad too big so I think he could get away with the cob size he doesn't have very hairy legs and I do trim up what he does have but he has plenty of bone, so would think your horse would be OK with WW full size!
